Paid training(2 weeks) begins on September 10th, 2025.

Prior sales experience is helpful but not necessary.

We are looking for professional sales representatives seeking a career, not just a job.

This position is an in-office full-time role, Monday-Friday, located at the Mitchell 1 headquarters (16067 Babcock Street, San Diego, CA 92127) in San Diego.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (during training 7:00 - 3:30 pm)

Pay rate: $20/hour + commission.

On target earnings: $80,000/year

Job Requirements:

• Making outbound calls (using a consultative approach to warm leads)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-starter
• Organized and strong follow-up skills
• Confident closing sales
• Good computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with 50+ prospects per day
• Determine and evaluate customer needs
• Demonstrate software products (via screen share)
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
